Adjusting the prompt is crucial. This will dictate the style and tone of response messages from your bot. You can be as create as you like here and us natural language to customise your bot. A few things worth including are:

· Name

· Role

· Company

· Purpose

· Language

· Length of messages

· Style and tone of voice

Some further inputs to experiment could include:

· Usage of slang or shorthand

· Inclusion of emojis

· Length of response messages
