To ensure our bot is well versed with your business, let's upload relevant documents

OmniSupport chatbots can be trained in a multitude of ways, including:

· File – Upload a file containing contextual data, i.e. PDF, DOCX, etc

· Q & A – A simple interface that will allow you enter FAQs and answers

· GitHub – Enter repository and branch details for your code

· Sitemap – Enter sitemap URL to add knowledge from you sitemap

· Video – OmniSupport can transcribe YouTube videos and add the knowledge to is trained dataset

Alternatively, you can simply drag files into the upload area to ease.

Once the relevant data has been uploaded, be sure to ‘Save Changes’. OmniSupport

will then proceed to process the data and add it to your bots training dataset.

Now head on over to the Settings page.
